What decision Reliever as Emergency SP?

for example, If a Pitcher is in Reliver and set roll as Opener, This will perform as MR even he stared the game. (has less stamina and gains stuff boost from best two pitches)

Other example, If a Pitcher is
1. in Starter
2. set roll as Follower
3. Opener is on mound
4. before 3.0 Innings (up to 2.2 Innings)
This pitcher will perform as SP so more pitches and low stuffs

then what will make a reliver who set roll as Emergency SP as SP?

I thought the reliver, who set roll as Emergency SP, comes to mound when Starter earns 5 or more runs before 5.0 innings then he perform as Starter but this is not sure.

I assume he'll perform as an SP. Do you feel like Emergency SPs aren't lasting long enough?

It might be a bit complicated to judge however as a lot of people probably set one of their worst SP-capable pitchers as their Emergency SP, which means they might have less stamina in the first place and/or their Stuff/Movement/Control isn't as good meaning they might not perform well enough to merit staying in a game for long.

I don't recall seeing any threads of people saying Emergency SPs don't last long enough, but as it is a pretty rare occurrence to see an Emergency SP start a game, maybe we've all overlooked it.

ah sorry I didn't use translator last time because I was using my phone. that's why I wrote blah blah. again; I am sorry if you felt any bad for ugly english. After some time, I translated English to Korean, It looks OK so I didn't edit it

the point of my question was "what Emergency SP roll make the pitcher to Emergency SP?"
