Get Views, Filters copied from 23 to 24?

I imported my league from 23 to 24, but none of my custom views or filters moved over. How can I get them over to 24?

A quick heads up for copying the user.dat file from an old version of OOTP to a new one. Once you have the " app config, engine config" file open go back and exit OOTP. You will now have the game closed and the folder window open and on your desktop.

The user.dat has to be copied into the folder with the game closed. If you do it with the game open it wont' stick, but instead will be overwritten with the original when OOTP autosaves. This is what I wrote in another post..
