livestart after World Series?

Hi.

Wow, I feel like I haven't posted here in years.

So I habitually start a new game when a new patch comes out. I noticed the livestart dates allowed me to run right up til the present day, I got it in my head to livestart the day after the World Series ended. Thought it would be fun to pick up a franchise at the start of the offseason.

All seemed well and good, but it appears the game can't determine when the playoffs end. I seem to remember previous versions of livestart not working post-end of season, but I'm curious if others have had similar experiences.
