When generating reports for FTP, game freezes on coach reports

I do not have coaches turned on, nor coach reports ticked in the report generation toggle, but I cannot get the game to stop freezing on that part of the league report generation and so I always have to hit ESC to get it to stop because it'll hang there sometime for 30 or more minutes if I let it.

Weirdly, i can create a separate folder for my league and it doesn't have any problems generating the HTML without hanging up on this section, so I'm going to try this with the source folder.

A am having the same issue and cannot resolve it. It seemed to occur when I added 20 new coaches to our league. And now I get this error. Did you ever find a solution or workaround?
