Game Crashes when selecting tournament team by Regions

whenever I try to create a team by region in a tournament the game crashes
any option in the region u pick the game will crash

What if you select and assign a nation first, does that change anything?

Found workaround for this. Create with no region, change region on team page. Have been told this will be fixed in next patch.
