Expansion draft contracts still broken

I've reported this before, but for whatever reason, the expansion draft still moves guys to new teams with minor league deals instead of their existing contracts. IRL, the reason teams will put "name" players in the expansion pool is to offload their contracts. OOTP mitigating this by zeroing out the deals doesn't make any sense.

Just a word of caution, if you're doing an expansion draft in an online league using Stats Plus, this is still broken. When you import your CSV, the game will remove the existing contracts and players end up on minor league deals. I know it was supposed to be fixed otherwise and I believe I noticed it was when I ran a different kind of league, but hadn't ever tried it with a CSV export until now.
