Question about Seasons run beyond December 31
I am about to start a new fictional winter league that will begin around autumn 2018 and finish in maybe January 2019. Before I start, I just want to know if there are any issues I may come across by having a season go beyond December 31. Will any of the pre-2019 season (e.g., schedule results, boxscores, etc.) disappear on January 1? Will the almanac collect everything without any problems? Thank you in advance.

It's been a long time since I tested this, but I don't believe the game is meant to support this kind of thing natively. People have done it before, so it's not entirely impossible.

Thanks. If that's the case, I'll just move something like the Australian Baseball League schedule up a couple of weeks so it ends in December.

I've done it before for a New Zealand league, it works but it was a little buggy. Next time I decided it wasn't worth it and just had them play during the winter.

Yeah, if it's even a little buggy, I'll do without.
