News Item - new Manager/GM hired

Currently in the league we see news stories for a Manager being fired but we don't get to hear who the new incoming Manager is. I think it would be interesting to see - particularly for a rival team - who they have hired and their characteristics (similar to the news item for a new owner) to indicate the potential future direction for that team.

it might not pop up in the news, but if you look at the complete transactions log, it will show it there. It's kinda interesting to see some of the shuffling front office personnel in other organizations during the off-season. (like when GM/manager/etc are just not resigned vs being fired. You don't hear about that either in the news section.)
