Which game to play?

Hey guys,

I found out about OOTP Games and now Im intrigued to buy one. Im from Germany and neither watching Baseball nor Hockey. So I was asking myself, what is the better game of those two if the sport doesnt matter that much? Is ootp 17 still worth, eventhough the new one is coming in march?
Thats it for now, help would be great.

It's hard not to be biased in favour of one's favourite sport (mine's baseball), but OOTP does have several years and versions of refinement behind it. That said, sometimes there's something to be said for getting onto a game series in its early years and seeing where it goes and maybe even influencing where it goes in the form of comments and requests.

If the sport doesn`t matter to you then I think OOTP is easily the better game.

I don`t even like baseball but I`ve bought a couple versions of it. I`m looking forward to the day when FHM is as good (or better) than OOTP though.
