AI pulls Starting Pitcher (first inning)

One of my starting pitchers has started 22 games but the ai (sim games) pulled him everytime in the first inning (sometimes in the 3rd or 4th).
His stamina is 65 so it's still decent and I have no clue why he gets pulled all the time. No issues with the rest of the rotation

I played one game manually and he got through 9 innings without fatiguing.

Pct = Max Pitch Count not PctToPlay so 5 pitches and he was done.

LOL! And some of us think pitch counts are stupid as they are. That's taking pitch counts to a whole new level. "Oh look, you've made 5 pitches. You're done, kid." *yank*
