Who ever is responsible for the ABA 16 team fictional that comes with OOTP2009 thank you. It is perfect for a small fictional game and am pleased that even the minor leagues have logo's and uniforms..

Thanks for the feedback. Trying this right now. I'd like to create a league with feeder leagues, not just pumping out draftees from nowhere.
