Game crashes after HS All-Star Game

In my league that I imported from 06, I added a college and HS feeder league. I keep getting an error after the All-Star Game saying "Game:: no starter substitute found!" and "Sub League 1: No pitcher available!". I don't know how to fix this and I personally can't see what the problem is. Can anyone help me?

BTW, this is the Try and Buy version if that helps any.

I've having this problem with a 2007 league that wasn't imported. Same situation, where I try to start a new season in a universe where I've deleted teams. I got through 86 years without a problem and now, I can't get past this loop.

What are the details in your league? Maybe there's a similarity that could help battists out.
