Memory leak issue?

When I make several transactions at one time - releases, putting a guy on or taking him off the DL, putting players on the 40-man roster, sending a guy down or up to/from the minors - the game gets successively slower with each one that I make. This was an issue in prior versions of 2006 as well, but the overall game has sped up enough that any slowdown is a bit more noticeable.

One would have to think there's a memory leak here, right?

I agree.

At the end of the year when I am doing my promotions and releases, I am having a significant slowdown. Even after patch 2.

I have to close the game and start it up again and then it is back to normal.

I logged this as TT# 2199.

Are you saying that as you're just making one transaction after another, for example from the Transactions screen?

Thanks,

Steve

We haven't been able to reproduce this issue. Do you guys experience it in every game of yours, or only certain games?

Does it do it for you without fail?

Thanks,

Steve
