1280x1024 Doesnt Work

I tried doing full screen at 1280x1024, but it doesnt take up the whole screen and runs at 60hz. In FM i just used the maximize button in windowed mode and it would work, but its greyed out in OOTP

Full screen mode takes up the whole screen for me at 1280x1024. I don't know enough about hz refresh rates to know why it running at 60, which is what mine runs at, is a problem though.

I reinstalled and it seems to work fine now.
