Early aging of players
Hi all. I noticed that my players begin to lose skills already at the age of 29. As pom not this is a bit early, I would like to do it later. I found these 2 points, as I understand it, that are responsible for this. Which point exactly needs to be increased, that for example the player began to lose skills at 31?

There's also a hidden aging attribute that's dynamic for every player. If you adjust these settings and still don't get what you're looking for, I'd recommend tweaking the former as well.
