Draft Error

When I converted to the next season it took forever to generate the amateurs so I force quit then go back in and find out the amateur draft rounds were set to over 300,000. No wonder why it made no progess when generating amateurs! Anybody else have this problem? It also skipped the free agent signing period and went right to the Rule 5 Draft at 1/29.

Are finances on? I've converted a number of leagues and had zero problems.

same thing happened to me, and thanks for letting me know where to look. It somehow reset the draft to 32774 rounds.

I have financials on, Rocco's Trade Deadline set, ootp5 league 2003-2005, ootp6 league 2006, this happened between 2006-2007 season.

But then when it was fixed to the 6 rounds I normally use everything did show up fine.

Same thing happened to me except it was 32775 and 7. I kept getting the runtime error and nothing I tried worked (I thought it was a leap year problem so I was fiddling with the schedule). Thanks for posting the solution guys.

Same thing happened to me, on a league converted from OOTP5.

So, this happens when you convert a league during the first season. Does the time of the draft matter?

My draft is June 1st and it happened the 2nd season after conversion although it was the first season proceeded with 6.03 if that matters.

Same problem here, but preseason 10 round draft. I converted the league before the preseason, ran preseason and the draft fine, but I noticed during the first season that the draft became 32774 rounds.
