Editing Average Revenue Factors

I seem to remember that we were able to set all team markets (possibly all revenue factors including fan interest and loyalty and ticket price) to average. But I cannot find where to do that. Was it in OOTP4 and not included in OOTP5? Or am I completely imagining all of that? Is there some other shortcut to do this or do I have to edit each team's factors individually?

There is an option that says "Adjust Team Markets" but it only prompts me to reset league attendance to average...I wonder...

Yeah, I saw that, but I'm pretty sure it does not do what I want. If you mouseover that button, the bottom of the screen will say in white what that button does. It says something to the effect of adjusting the revenue of every team to give them a slight profit, which is not what I want.

I assume Markus replaced the old feature with this feature. The reason why I ask is because I'm trying to test a new financial system that I devised for a new league and having the ability to quickly adjust all the team's factors would make things much faster.
