What is this fielding stat?

I've searched Google high and low for the answer, but I'm stumped.

Where are you seeing this? I see RTO=Runners Thrown Out.

I see that stat, but in the CSV files, I see RTP.

No idea. Haven't really used them.

could it be runners thrown out percentage.
Because it seems to only be with passed balls, so its probably a catchers stat.

That's it. If you divide RTO by RSA, you'll get RTP.
