Looking to join a league

I've never been part of an online league before, so there will be a slight learning curve.

I will be active every day.

I do own OOTP 5.

I would love to get involved with a league. Please let me know if you have any openings.

A bit of advice (because you've never been a part of one):

-research the league and its commish before you join
-if you do decide to join a new league, be aware that many startups fail and hours of effort on your part might go for not
-try to keep in mind what type of league you might be most interested in (real modern day, historical, fictional, etc)

my league, which starts in about 3 days, has had a few guys drop out, due to lack of commitment by them, or unhappyness. Well I need a guy to join as either the Padres, or the Pirates. I know they are not the best teams, but hey, u get to tag a franchise player, and it will be a fun league

We will be starting with a live draft in about a week. There are less than half teams left to choose from, however with an initial draft, the team doesn't matter much, unless you love a city.

hey

we need one more GM/manager for our league GFBL
you will be able to pm the members about contract extension, personal strategies, trades....anything. The best thing about this league is that all players are real life people and you have to deal wiht them like you would to a real player. Already we have players demanding to be traded, playing time, no trade clause....We sime twice a week (WED and SUN) each sim consists two weeks of game time. And if you want, you can also sign up as a player. The game is not required for this league.

league has Chicago and Ctown open - fun league with several new to league owners - patience no problem - check usout - ask questions maybe for you maybe not ...

There is 3 openings in Classic League baseball (www.simleaguecentral.com) click on the classic league link and just fill out the form for the 3 available teams and you will be set.

1. We are in our second season, and have had to restart the league all together due to the fact that the commish just dissapeared and we had to dig up the league and revive it from the dead.

2.We are in the 1987 season and at the start of that season so you will not miss the Free Agent time and you will not miss the draft

3. If you need info. on myself (commish) feel free to visit any leagues im in and post on the message board to get a honest reply as to how active i am and how much i take care of the teams i run and leagues im in
