How does that work?

If you choose "favour vets" does that make it easy to get Rookies and same the other way?

I think favour vets just means it takes more to get a vet than otherwise would be the case. Conversely with favour prospects. For example, with neutral it might take you only 1 good prospect to get a good vet for the stretch run, but with favour vets it might take 2 good prospects for that 1 good vet.

Does favoring one or the other group influence the overall difficulty, beyond what is selected with the difficulty switch? If so is there a certain combination anybody has found to be the most challenging for a human-controlled team?
