Go to the Main Screen. Hit Settings. When the pop-up comes up, go to the Troubleshooting tab. There is a button on the Troubleshooting tab that says, "Open folder containing customizable data". The photos folder is among the folders in there. In contains the attached.

Yes, we do have a photos folder. You're probably looking at the wrong data folder. This is how you find the proper one.

It'll also help if you post to the correct board. I'll move your threads, but for general OOTP25 questions like this you should post to the OOTP 25 - General Discussions board.

Lastly, I don't know what address you're emailing, but if it's an email address that sent you an email a lot of company emails are addresses that are "noreply" addresses, meaning no one will reply. I'd just post your questions here.

Another place to find the EXACT path to your photo folder is by going into a created game, and clicking on GAME>DATABASE and you will see in the screenshot, it has a data path listed for the photos, logos, ballcaps, jerseys, pants, colors, and models. NOW do not click on these and edit them, use them as your location point. It gives the FULL path from which hard drive it is on to the actual data folder.

I believe default is to put all the folders into My Documents but if you change the default install location the game will dump all those folders to that location, and put Saved Games/Backups and Screenshots in My Documents. This is how Steam does it for example.

My documents only has your saved game stuff not your core game files. The core game files will be wherever your installed game is. So either on a hard drive you designated when installed or in Program Files on your C drive and the photo folder would be in the core game file location. which would be something like C:\\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\common\Out of the Park baseball 25\Data
Saved games would be in C:\\Onedrive\Documents\Out of the Park Development\OOTP Baseball 25

Dunno what to tell you. Non Steam OOTP Default installation has all this in My Documents. Has done this in every version of OOTP I've owned. When I install to my own location or use Steam it does it go into the installed folder.

Just installed the demo for 20. All folders are in my Documents. Program Files has zip files in a default document folder but otherwise everything goes into My Documents. This is the default installation

You are correct. Steam user's often don't realize this. That's why the way I tell someone where to look is not to use my own settings but have them do this:

Go to the Main Screen. Hit Settings. When the pop-up comes up, go to the Troubleshooting tab. There is a button on the Troubleshooting tab that says, "Open folder containing customizable data". This way, the game will go to wherever the person asking has it, not where anyone else may or may not have it.

Well my fastspring version is on my F: drive and nothing is in documents from that version of OOTP. My saved games is in F:\OOTP 25\data\saved_games and yeah I hardly use this version all that much, because it is easier to switch between beta and live in steam, but it depends on where you install your game. My steam is on my D: drive, my saved_games is on my C: drive and everything for Fastspring is in my F: drive.

Understood. Outside and I were refering to default installation of Fast Spring.... and that's part of my point. Anyone needing help should go to the Settings, Troubleshooting and "Open folder with Customizable Data" and it will take them to wherever theirs is. Where yours, mine, his, hers, happens to be isn't relevant. They are looking for theirs.

If you have an OOTP icon on your desktop just right click and click on "open file location". I am taken to where I installed the game on my D: drive. I use the "install to a user defined location" option. I don't use Steam for OOTP. So there are three locations where the game can be installed which adds to the confusion. Even Steam games don't have to be installed to the default.
