OOTP 24 layout CUT off words and images

The layout in OOTP is such that it doesn't show properly the first name in statistics + Border cuts through letters

The game looks incorrectly scaled on your screen. Most users don't have an issue. If you are one that is affected though, this was the initial post on how to adjust but there are others if you search this subforum using the search tool.
