Retirement Warning Messages for Personnel/Staff
We get these for players who are leaning towards retirement, but not for staff or personnel. Seems like a good QoL improvement for those of us who found a guy that we like.

I agree. Great idea. When people are leaving, especially when they're retiring, they usually give you a heads-up so you can start looking for a replacement. And with retiring personnel in OOTP you can often go from a very good staff member to a not good at all one simply because you didn't get that heads-up.
