Suggestion to improve featured game visual realism

Here a small suggestion that I feel would improve the featured game visual experience.

Instead of having the runner disappear at first base after a ground ball out.. Have them run 'through the first base bag' then you can have them head to the dugout or 'disapperar' if out.

Also, more importantly.. currently when a out is made at first the first baseman just holds the ball. and the pitcher magically has once you hit the space bar/or mouse

What I would suggest is that the first baseman throw it back to the pitcher if there are runners on... if no one is on, throw it around the infield

The game already does that for strikeouts when no one is on base. So the framework seems to be already in place.

For people that don't want this delay. they can just hit the space bar/mouse button just as they do now when the ball gets tossed around the infield after a strikeout.

I think it would be cool for the 1Ber to toss the back back to the infielder that made the play after the out at first... while runner runner already past IB heads back to the dugout.

Anyone think the same?

I was going to argue the opposite. I want an option for them NOT to throw it back to the pitcher. As someone who plays the game play by play I find this a waste of time. When we're watching games on tv we don't normally see them throw it to the pitcher, why must we watch it in OOTP? The worst part for me is when the pitcher is backing up the catcher, they throw it to the pitcher, but it's in the direction of the catcher, and every time I'm like, "Wait, what, did the guy on second or third go? No? Oh, they just threw it back to the pitcher." So please, OOTP, stop faking us out with that.

Continuing the camera with the runner is a bit of a different matter for me. If they're out, given what I said above you probably would think I'd also say, "cut the camera, move to the next play". But sometimes it cuts so fast after a runner is out that I'm left wondering, "wait, what happened?". And I have to check the replay or even the game log to figure it out. I can't remember what exact plays this happens with, but I'll try to log and report a few of them. But if we had an option to keep the camera rolling after a runner is out, I'd opt into that. Not for a long time like walking all the way to the dugout, but long enough, like a couple seconds, for us to process what happened.
