wont let me download

basically i preordered a few days ago, and i played that version until today. i could access that fine. but now i deleted the preorder beta so that i could download the main game, but my computer won't download it for some reason when i click on the download link. someone please tell me how 2 play. thx

The only thing I can think of is that the file is called ootpsetup.exe (or whatever) which is the same file name as previous downloads; is it possible your browser think it already downloaded the file, and you need to override it to tell it to download it 'again'?
