Online Commish needs Team FTP Export Help

I am the commish of our new rookies league. I have everything set up except for two things:

1) When each owner is done with his changes, he should be able to goto Team Set Up and click on "EXPORT team to FTP" and it should upload the team file to the ftp server. When I or anyone else does this, I get an export failed response. I can manually export no problem.

2) From within the Online League SetUp, I have all the setting correct. After I generate the league report, if I hit on "Upload Report to FTP Server" a popup window appears saying please wait and it looks as thoug it is starting to send files, but the game freezes. I left it for hours and nothing... I even checked my connection while it was doing this and no traffic was showing. I have been uploading the league report via my own ftp client with no problems.

My server is Linux, I think... I looked all over and can't find setup areas for the individual team exports, so I assume it uses the Online League Set Up info from the league file? That info is correct and I get a successful test when run. I just cant export the team files or upload the league report. I don't know about importing the league files from the server because I haven't been able to get any team files uploaded.

CHECK the setup, something must be incorrect.

2. I use an outside FTP as they are MUCH faster. Also, see above for "lockup reason".

Everything is correct because when I test the connection, it says it is good. But if I try and export the team file to FTP I get export failed.

I'll continue to use and outside FTP for speed then.

I thought of two things...

Could it be that I have to make a specific folder on the FTP server that the game is looking for to upload to?

OR

Could it be that we haven't conducted the draft yet and the team rosters are empty? I don't hink it is the second one, because I still have changed strategies and the manager name. I also tested it once before we released all the players for the draft.

Once we have this fixed, the league is ready to go! Please help!
