Are the card requirements for call your shot on the TWITCH broadcast always the same/ If so, what are they?

Yes, they are always the same, except for the points you can win vary.

When entries are open, click on the entry form in the chat box and fill it out. Pick any live or historical, diamond or perfect.

Also it is my understanding that if I have 3 PT teams each with a different email address I can enter do an entry for each team.

I don't know about that. The odds are so absurdly tiny to win, I often don't bother with even 1 entry.

yeah, I usually stick in two entries... one for my main team (typically a live diamond guess since they are statistically more likely to hit)... and one for my pack-only team (typically a historical perfect... might as well shoot for the moon there

).... of course, I've never actually won CYS, but never hurts to try

Actually, the odds are better than I thought. Since multiple winners are permitted and there are less than 40 live diamonds to choose from, your odds of winning call your shot are probably far better than the giveaway (which I've won twice!).
