Player Development
I am seeing a lot of 22-26 year olds that decreasing in abilities. There are two things that I see could contribute to this:
Development money and coaches. Any ideas? Thanks |

IIRC it's fairly common for younger players, particularly ones who have recently been drafted, to drop in ability. You can influence this a *little* by spending a lot of money on development and scouting (the latter because some of those "drops" are probably scouting corrections) but the major league draft is much more of a crapshoot than it is in other sports, and the game has to reflect this somehow.
