Is there a list of keyboard shortcuts anywhere? If not, does anyone know the keyboard shortcut to hit the green continue button?

The lack of keyboard shortcuts for common things is a reason I didn't purchase in the last couple of years. There have been several threads asking for more of them, but the devs seem to have focused on other things, or don't think most users would make enough use of shortcuts to make it worth their time. I know I certainly would.
