Very Troubling

Every year after free agency, several top FA's are left. Over about a 3 year span, I was able to sign Albert Pujols, Vlad Guererro, Billy Wagner, Lance Berkman, and several other top young stars for cheap after the free agency period. Does anyone else encounter this?

Some that come to mind are:

-incr salary cap
-incr merchandising $
-incr broadcasting $
-incr stadium capacity

Either that, or all the computer controlled teams are in collusion with each other to drive down the costs of free agents...

It could also be the "roster set", I know that in simming lots of seasons with ficitional players every now and then I get a decent FA sitting out, but it is very rare.
