Need Help, What Do I Do With Him?
Jordan Zimmerman
I really didn't expect this out of him, but he is actually getting worse the more starts he makes. I have no idea what to do with him. Bullpen? Trade? I can't have this. All of his stats are SO far away from his norm, I keep expecting him to snap back. But he is not. My patience is almost gone.

8 games cannot tell you anything with much confidence... he's 29. they can dip before 30, but it's a bit rare even at default aging.
if you have an option that's worthwhile to use, do it. otherwise stick it out. if he isn't hurt or lost his talent, he is fine. move him down inthe rotation, skip a start or two, if you want.... as long as they didn't pre-ordain slumps and streaks in the code, which would be counterintuitive to what reality is, there's nothing you can do with a streak of bad outings to avoid it... it's random. 2x hr/9, high babip, high bb/9... any pitcher doubles those stats and the other numbers won't look good... but it's 8 games! how many bad outings does a similar pitcher average / year? what happens if a disproportionate amount of them occur at the beginning of the year? you are fooled for months by the stats telling you the wrong thing... that's what. if at the end of the year the game log and year-end stats show a consistent crappy performance all year.. then you may want to think about moving him off your team. in the meantime just use him less if you think he's lost his ratings (even though you cannot see, they are what drives performance... stats merely give a murky glimpse at current ratings.) I'd put him in the bullpen for awhile, see if he can work it out. Otherwise, keep sending him out there and ride it out.

I'd give him another month with a quick hook. With his track record it is probably just a bad stretch.

Sit him down for a week. He might be trying to hide an injury. I've tried that with a few players that had good ratings but were doing poorly. Sitting them down to rest for like 7 days can do them good. He might bounce back.

I didn't want him in real life and I traded him right away in the game.
