Slightly adjusted regions; can anyone help?

Thanks for posting the regions. I'm creating a worldwide league including (I think) all the countries of the world.

To make it work, though, I'll need to tweak a few regions...and the idea of trying to edit the world.xml file makes me break out in a cold sweat. Can anyone help?

CARIBBEAN: delete Cuba, Dom Rep, Mexico, PR and Venezuela (these countries have their own leagues)

UNITED KINGDOM: add Ireland (yeah, yeah, I know. But to me it makes more sense this way)

WESTERN EUROPE: delete England, Guernsey, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, No. Ireland, Scotland, Wales

ARAB WORLD: delete Pakistan (they're in So/Central Asia)

SOUTH/CENTRAL ASIA: delete Russia

SOUTHEAST ASIA: add Hong Kong, Macau, No. Korea, Phillipines

OCEANIA: delete Australia
