Reeeeally digging the new scouting

I set up team scouting budgets and, knowing in advance what I'd be doing, set the St. Louis Cardinals to a MASSIVELY high budget and then loaded a lot of that into international scouting to simulate Branch Rickey's highly organized set-up (which is more domestic than international, granted, but then again there is a draft in this game anyway so it's not entirely realistic). So far I have seen new blood simply *pour* into the Cards organization. Woot!
