Is backup cd already patched?

I have been wating for the game to be patched before buying. I noticed that two patches came out this week. I want to buy the cd version of the game. My question is will the cd version of the game already be patched to version 10.2.16. How about the downloaded version?

The download copies are always patched up pretty quickly once a patch has been released.

I always wondered if they patched the physical CDs asap..
