What is going on, the screen just goes "This has been hacked" or something like that, I dont want to click on it again, does it mean that my computer has been hacked?

No worries, guys, the webstore has NOT been hacked.
See yourself: https://www.pisd.co.uk/peds/ootpdev/login.html
Our webstore page which contains links to the webstore, has been hacked. All Joomla pages have been hacked because we used 1.5.04 and the current version is 1.5.10 so we missed a few security updates.

[EDIT removed by admin]

Please don't worry, this is just an automated hacker thing, they do not get any credit card info or stuff like that because we don't have any CC data on our server at all.

I'm more concerned with viruses than I am my CC info since that's protected by my bank. I'll wait for the all (all - as in everything) clear before visiting the site again.

Thanks for the update.

All clear again. I've updated Joomla to the latest version, changed all passwords and the hack was gone. The hack was not a virus at all. It was just an automated hack of our site, taking advantage of a security problem of Joomla 1.5.04 which we were using...

So this guy gets off by hacking Text Baseball Simulation sites? Terrorizing people with high blood pressure. Tisk, tisk.

This was probably the work of someone who is disgruntled by not releasing the game before opening day. Some people STILL don't get it. I want the game as much as anyone, but I'm willing to wait for what promises to be a great game. These interuptions will certainly help things along I'm sure. I'm glad it sounds like you guys handled this quickly...now back to work with you (sound of whip cracking)

The fact that the forum software doesn't censor that amuses me.

That's hardly likely.
More likely it's script kiddies in far off lands where hacking is a status symbol: currently indonesia is high on the list. For years romania was the hacking capital of the world.

If it was a OOTP fan, I am guessing that the OOTP beta would be all over the place by now.
