Stock Market Baseball

I don't know if anyone is familiar with protrade.com at all but it is basically a stock market for athletes ant teams in any sport. I had the idea that a possibility for an online league is to revalue players contracts at the end of seasons based on performance or maybe mirroring protrade. Any ideas?

It would take A LOT of manual work to make it work. Someone could build an app, but you'd have to do finances out of the game for it to work.
