Help and guidance needed

It appears that my old computer gave up the ghost. I hope I can drag some stuff of it soon, but that's not the point

I have OOTP24 to OOTP26 installed. All 3 are at the point where I need my registration code. I had only ever installed on that 1 computer, so not sure where I need to go from here. Any and all help appreciated. I was going to wait till 27 showed but I miss it too much.

My old age is not just catching up with me, I think it drop-kicked me out of the ring.

Just sitting here and waiting for someone who has more brains than me.

I've never done a double install or anything odd, just want to try to make sure I get in on the right me so I don't lose stuff I had. I hope I'm overly concerned here, licenses and all make me nervous.

If you never activated more than once you can just activate it again on your new computer. If you did activate more than once you can go to this site and deactivate what you had to free it back up.

I don't think there is any way to recover the saves you had on your computer unless you can access the hard drive and transfer it to your new device. PT should pick up where you left off.

I'm not clear on what's going on. There's not a whole lot of info here.

So your old computer is dead and you're wanting to move OOTP to a new computer?

Or are you trying to revive the old computer?

Do you not know where to find your license keycodes? Check your email.

Do you have your keycodes, but you're just nervous to try them? You get to activate the game on 2 devices so if you've only ever activated them on 1, just go ahead. If they don't work then we can maybe advise something else.

If you are hoping to recover your saves from. the old computer, it should still be possible to transfer those files to a new computer (unless your hard drive literally fried). This would be far easier, if you stored OOTP in the cloud, or in an external hard drive. But a computer shop should be able to transfer the files from your old hard drive to a thumb drive or an external hard drive or the cloud, for that matter. I seriously doubt that they are lost. I worked with law enforcement forensics, and it amazed me what data they could readily recover from old hard drives.
