Talent Change Randomness

Markus, the new game looks great! I have a quick question though. On OOTP 8 I preferred to set the random talent change way down to like 35 or 40 because I felt there was way too many completely random jumps and drops. Now that the development log is gone I'm kind of in the dark. I know you worked on the randomness should I stay at 100 now?

That area has been totally redone and works very well in the default setting. You'll now see less talent change randomness more so to your liking i'd bet. Feel free to experiment however

Does the default setting still leave plenty of room for draft busts and late round steals?? OOTP 2007 had a wacky way of getting there (unrealistic bumps and drops), but it beats a too predictable development path. Any thoughts from the beta testers??

Yes its much better now. Add scouting to the mix and it feels very right. I'm comfortable saying this being one of the largest critics.

Don't get me wrong OOTP will never get this perfect, but its several orders of magnitude better now.

I've been running between 150 to 200 and it actually works great in terms of being able to have players from lower rounds of the draft finding success. It's actually working well for me this year.
