Payment problem

Hi!

I tried to purchase OOTP 8, but got the message, that my Visa card-number was invalid. I checked it, and the number was correct.
Any idea what the problem could be?

Were you using the game's purchasing interface? If so, you might have a firewall or something blocking proper transmission. Try using the webstore instead. It's what I did last time I had a problem purchasing through eLicense.

Hmm, I read a post by someone else recently saying the same thing and his didn't sound like user error either. Elicense is probably responsible for that. Someone should contact them.

EDIT: Found the other post and linked to it above. I'll email elicense and cc Andreas to make sure it gets looked into asap.

The solution was to buy the product via the website(webstore) and not via the link in the demo. That solved my problem.
