Text Tutorial Request

Is anyone familiar with a photoshop tutorial that will show how to duplicate the slanting text that appears on this pennant? I've been trying the perspective and warped commands and such but with poor results.

If you want to see how that feature can look check out my PBRL banner. The "1930" in the Senators banner is using the feature.

after that you can rotate it to fit into any space you want.

Great stuff, rocknfire7! Thank you! I'm going to play with the squeeze tool a little more, but this is the setting that seems to work for me at the moment:
