I agree with his sentiment that yeah, maybe Balkman isn't as bad as he's been made out to be. But Balkman has done all this in the preseason!

Maybe Greg Anthony didn't see Balkman, and made a snap judgement, fine. But to personally attack the guy throught his interview, wow, really classy.

I can't wait until Balkman actually plays some real games. Then the real judgement can be made.

I like this incident particularly. He rarely says anything to make himself look stupid. He just signs and trades stupidly. Now he got caught talking too much

This interview was precisely why Isiah Thomas is such a horrible coach and GM. He's just too full of himself as a player and therefore judge of talent that he can't accept the opinions of others. Maybe he'll change, but already his is the team that won the Jerome James Sweepstakes and that alone is enough to call him terrible.
