Editing player budget

Is it possible? The reason I'm asking is because I would like to increase the player budget for my team (Blue Jays) at the beginning of the season so that I have more money to sign extensions later in the year. With the Cubby/Rolen rosters, I am set to be in the hole by more than $20-million. So I thought if there was a way to change that a little, I'd be happy.

I've searched the forums already but with the speed of my dial-up connection it's just too annoying to keep on searching, but any help with this topic would be much appreciated.

Commissioner Mode.

If you are in Commish Mode, you ought to be able to edit the budget.

Yeah, that's what I'd expect, but I'm still trying to figure out where and HOW to do that.

It's done on the edit ballpark and team page, first tab, second link under the tab.
