Assigning Scouting Reports

I just created a league by clicking on the MLB template. Ive got everything setup and I am ready for the initial draft. However, whenever exit a players page it says assigning scouting reports. Whenever I add somebody to the draft window, it assigns scouting reports. When I click on ANYTHING, it assigns scouting reports. Repeatedly. Why is it doing this? I havent seen this at any other point.

And yes, I did choose my head scout. Ive tried it with the SISA scouting. It does the same thing....

I was more curious if anybody else had seen this. Its annoying.
