Baseball Reference's New Look
www.baseballreference.com
The site got a spit shine today. Seems Baseball Mogul has replaced OOTP on the front page. Last edited by darkhorse; 07-25-2006 at 01:24 PM. |

I'm guessing those "Sporting News" links have something to do with it.

And I thought it looked bad before. I love all the info Sean's provided us with over the years, but he really needs to get a clue on how to make a site enticing. EDIT: Then again, it probably helps keep the bandwidth down if newbies get too frustrated and leave.

Player pages look the same as before, so I don't care.

I see it kind of like Craigslist. Craigslist has developed such a reputation that even people who are new to it have heard such great things about it that they're willing to figure their way around to get to the good stuff. Anyway, it's not a big deal. Some people are more willing than others to muddle through things and it probably caters to people who are more likely to than others.
