Export problems

Hey, I recently started a new fictional leageue using OOTP6, and up untill now the exports have been working ok.

But as of few days ago (I didn't do anything out of the ordinary), none of my owners can get exports through. In some cases they can't event get into their team setup pages because it says their Team Password is incorrect, but it never asked for the password.

In most cases, they can get in, and send the export (via FTP) but it doesn't come through on my end..

I really don't know what the problem is. I'm pretty sure that it's something on my end, and no, the owners do not have an old file.. when they export, they are using the most current file.. so thats not the problem (thats what I thought it might be at first, but no)

Any help.. ideas?

Giving out a file without passwords is always a risk.
Beside checking the FTP settings and reseting the team passwords you can´t do much.

From your post i would say that one of your member messed with others team setup.

Export problems can also come from firewall and virus guards but since your guys cant even access the setup a new password is the most likely solution.

All the team's should have their own passwords to their own setup screen.

Any idea's as to why the exports arent coming through though? On the owners side, they can epxport the stuff, but the exports are always failing.
