Teaching/Staff Roles Not Showing even with setting On

As the title suggests, I am unable to assign teaching roles on the screen where you usually do it. It just shows this, any suggestions? I have reset, reinstalled, deleted old files, started new games, commissioner mode is off. No matter what day of the year I try it just never shows. setting is set to manual and even when i try to set with a.i i have 0 clue if it even worked since it never has shown.

Thank you for replying! I am unable to see an option under Additional Options called Manage Attachments. I just see Miscellaneous Options, Thread Subscription and Rate Thread.

Huh. I don't know. I thought it might be a manager options issue, but I tested that and it doesn't have an effect. It even shows up when I'm not assigned as the manager. I also thought it might be a resolution issue, but your resolution looks fine. Sorry, but you'll have to wait for someone with another idea.

I wonder, are you in challenge mode? I never play in it, but I wonder if that might disable it.

BTW, I just added screenshots to that thread I linked to in my first post. If uploading to a site like ibb.co is more convenient for you, then by all means continue to do so, but I figured I'd point out our way just in case it's easier.

EDIT: Oh, I wonder if it doesn't show that if you're a new user. Sometimes some forum features are disabled for new users. For example, I had to approve your post before it would show. I'm not sure at what post count it might kick in.

Hey its no problem! I just appreciate the help. I will continue and see if i can get it to show up somehow.



As to your other message, I am just playing Standard and Mode Challenge mode is off since im relearning the game. any other info I can provide I'd be glad to help.

Quick update,

started a new standard game, no settings changed.

fired all coaching staff, hired all new. go to staff roles page and boom they are all gone again. even my 1B 3B coaches who i hired dont even show up like the picture i showed above.

I can even go to the 1B and 3B coaches i hired and appoint them but it does nothing and the screen stays the same.

edit - it seems when you select the setting for turning base coaches off it removes the staff roles. even when i started a new game without touching settings it happened so i reset and deleted all data of the game in my folders.
its all good now!
