- No historical minor leagues in GO.
- Teams back then did not use as many players during the season as now. So, you'll have fewer on the reserve roster. - I'm not sure about ST. It may not actually be available for the first season, since the created league begins a few days prior to OD (same as the desktop version). - No screen for important dates in GO, AFAIK. - The ASG issue must be a bug of some kind. - No option in GO to import historical stats, AFAIK. - No minor league stats in GO, except perhaps in the standard (current) league. - No temporary control of a second team in GO, AFAIK. - No Negro leagues in GO. |

There do seem to be missing players who appeared in MLB games, based on Baseball Reference data. Not sure what the cut-off may have been for inclusion. With limited reserve rosters, it can be hard to deal with an injury. As to Spring Training, the season started on January 1, 1927. But when I hit the button to advance to the next day, it jumped to April 11. There is an option for ST, and I had it checked. The Home Screen mentions playing with minor leagues. But I did not find any option within Settings. it would be great to at least have the AAA players (or whatever the top level was called in 1927) available. I have played similar seasons on OOTP, and the PCL at the time had many quality players who apparently were happy playing on the Coast.

I don't think there's a cut-off for inclusion. Who are some of the missing players?
I created the 1975 season yesterday and I know the date wasn't January 1 when I checked. It was a few days before OD. So, I'm at a loss to explain what you saw. Hmm. Minor leagues are available if you begin a standard league (2025 season). GO should probably be clearer about what is not included from the base game. New users can be expecting more. |

A couple of quick notes. Overall enjoying new the version and I think its great. I do find when playing in a fictional park on my iPad the animation isnt as smooth as when I am playing in Wrigley or Fenway. Also, on the nit picky side, and I didnt notice this in last years version, on many pop ups on the infield while fielder is making the play in the middle of the diamond the PbP has him either drifting into foul territory or near the stands. Not a deal breaker for me by any means but I thought I would mention it

OOTP GO allows you to play OOTP anywhere from you phone or tablet. It does not have all the bells and whistles that a desktop version has but is playable. It also serves as a gateway to Perfect team on the go. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
