I've got mine set to something like 40% ratings, 25% current year, 20% previous year, 15% third year, although now that I think about it, it might be a better idea to reverse the current and 2 years' back percentages.
The only cuts I've seen so far, though, have been career-ending injuries, and I'm at the All-Star Break...
