- Send scouts to scout specific leagues/teams
- Sign college commits for a particular year in the future (i.e. verbal commit for 2028 instead of 2026)
- Loan junior players back to their amateur team instead of junior B
- Allow European teams to sign AHL/ECHL players not contracted to an NHL team
- AHL contracts
