I appreciate the reply, but this doesn't address the issue... which might be why it is still around in 2025. The lack of negotiation isn't the problem. The problem is the inability to offer a contract without advancing the time (i.e., pressing spacebar), and when pressing advancing the time, ending up with an incorrect contract. I figured out more detail in FHM11 (see link above), as in some cases I can offer a contract (that is signed as offered, without having to Continue) and in other cases I run into the contract issue again.
